Not sure what to do. We have no paid preparer and do not have a foreign address. This is the last step before it will let me eFile. I am using the TurboTax desktop product.

You may have had some foreign taxes reported on a form 1099-Div (line 7) or Form 1099-INT (line 6) and you need to enter the foreign country code for the country the dividends were earned in. It may be listed on your 1099 form, or you can enter Various if you can't find it.

Found the issue by looking at all of the forms and clicking on the "Errors" button. Somehow had added in an ERO/Preparers form that only had a single field filled out "Various countries". Removing the form fixed my issues.
