Overpaid estimated tax is being applied towards 2020

Hello. I filed an extension my business tax return (1120S). I paid an estimated tax along with filing that extension. It turned out that I dont owe any business tax for 2019. I see that TurboTax keeps applying that overpayment amount towards 2020 tax return even though I selected the box not to apply the overpayment towards 2020. I am planing to dissolve this company this year so I will not owe any tax in 2020. I prefer IRS to refund me that money.

Is it possible to get a refund for that amount instead of applying it towards 2020 tax return?

What changes would I have to make in TurboTax Business? Do I have to file any additional form that is nor generated by TurboTax?

Thank you
