Out of state income- will TurboTax charge me?

I'm a tipped employee, but all my money has been claimed so it's all in line 1 of my W-2. However, I'm a California resident and have about 5 months of income from Idaho, so I will need to file an out of state tax credit for California. Does TurboTax free cover this? Or will it charge me. 

I've tried the support number, but it just won't let me through to a person or answer this.
