Our income tax was on hold for review and our bank was charged the $40 payment for doing our taxes with turbo tax how come we haven't recieved our return

We are negative in our bank from that payment coming out now

call the iRS to find out why its on hold. this is a public forum so we have no info.  when you agreed to have fees taken out of your refund you also agreed to have the fees taken out of your bank account if your refund was not processed in a timely manner.
