You can enter your dates, but you have to follow a certain path in the Oregon portion of TurboTax to get there.

You should see this screen early in the Oregon portion of the interview:

If you'll check the appropriate checkbox and select Continue:

1. You'll come to a Review Federal Pension Benefits screen.  Select Continue
2. You'll then come to a Federal Pension Summary screen
3. Select Edit.  You should see this screen:

4.Enter your information, then select Continue.

5.You should see this screen, with your deduction displayed:
