"Oops-an issue occurred. Please check back shortly." what does this mean ???????

this message popped up after i completed everything but it doesn't say what the issue is ??? I'm tearing my hair out trying to figure out what i did wrong but can't find any answers.

It's likely due to the large volume of submissions. If you still can't submit, file an extension while there is still time.

File federal extension online here.

State extensions can be found here if needed

I paid my taxes via Intuit Turbotax but just got a bill for my state taxes, with penalty and interest included. Can someone tell my why that occurred?
