Online Business Tax Question

I just started an online business that sells digital watch faces.
I keep no inventory and no tax is added on the total.
I was wondering what kind of license I need? I have no employees or office location. I just create them at home and post them to the app store. Do I need any kind of license?

Check with the licensing laws of your state. Perhaps a commerce department?
