- on the pop up window, select Share my file with Agent

Good to know. And I'm grateful for the answer.
But... TT is not doing a good job here. I shouldn't have to ask someone to figure this out. In general, TT hasn't improved significantly in decades. It should be much smarter and more helpful. Needs AI!
Further, the educational expenses sections is super confusing. I'm going to submit a separate question about that.
