On the State Tax return, Do I enter 1099-INT bank interest I received as income from my state or from the state the company has listed on the 1099-INT?

I only received interest from severalbanks. The interest I entered in federal return were transferred to state and asking for missing information.  Do I enter it again?  If so, as my State's income or the state listed as the bank's address on the 1099-INT?
