On the Health Insurance Adjustment page there is a box with an autofilled number in it that says other health insurance premiums paid. How did it come up with the number

I already entered my 1094-A in federal taxes but state asked if I had qualified health insurance, I dont know if I do so I said yes and then it took me to the health insurance adjustment page that had a box with a predtermend number in it. I want to know where said number came from since i didnt put it in there

What else did the screen say?   Is it the total of your premiums on Form 1095-A?  Is this for a state return?  If so, which state?
