On my parents insurance but filing separately 2016

My daughter is a dependent on my tax return and is also on my heath insurance on my 1095-a.  It is very confusing on how to fill out her healthcare section on her return.

You would report the 1095-A information on your tax return only.  Since your daughter is claimed as your dependent, her healthcare information is reported on your tax return. Just check to box to indicate she was covered all year on her tax return.
