On my 2023 CA 540, line 98, I opted to apply my Overpaid Tax to 2024 estimated tax. Where do I enter this value in TurboTax?

If you used TurboTax in 2023, the amount applied should carry over automatically to your 2024 state return.

If it does not appear, then go to Deductions & Credits->Estimates and Other Taxes Paid->Other Income Taxes->2023 refund applied to 2024->2023 refund applied to 2024 state taxes.
