On my 2018 Taxes i applied a portion of my return to 2019 estimated taxes. Why does this payment not show up on the Electronic Federal Tax Payment System?

Where do i get a receipt for the Estimated taxes applied from my return?

Have you tried getting an account transcript yet? That is where the applied refund should show up.

no receipt is ever provided when an overpayment is applied to the following year.
