On IRS form 8949, how do I get 'Box B' checked (transactions NOT reported to IRS)?

'Box B' is in Part I of form 8949.

EDIT your 1099-B entry and look for the Sales Category pulldown.

Select "Box B".

did you enter the 1099-B yet? if yes, follow the answer.
if No, select "I'll type it in myself"

My 1099-B transactions were imported from Quicken - WRONG!  When I download the transactions from my broker, EVERYTHING was correct and the right boxes were checked.  Quicken did not know if my broker reported the sales; broker download contains more information than the Quicken import.  Problem solved!!!
