On Form 1095A How do I get the Recipient's name & ss# to be the spouse, not the taxpayer's ss#?

You can't, but it doesn't matter.  That information does not affect the tax return.

Ok  Recipient is Husband but spouses name is another and covered individual is another

Spouse is self employed Recipient is NOT can self employed Can SPOUSE take credit on schedule C or does the RECIPIENT who  is not self employed cancel that  out  Married filing jointly.
