If I applied for a payment plan and gave bank info for auto draft and was given a payment voucher do I mail that with first payment or does it come out auto now

You do not have to mail the payment voucher and payment.  You will receive a letter from the IRS when your auto draft will start.

Ok so I have four payment vouchers
1 for yesterday  1 four today and 2 for later dates ?
So I should wait for the irs to send me a confirmation letter right ?

I sent the 1st payment with my tax return last month. I set up the auto withdrawals for the 5th of every month but have heard nothing as of yet except they did cash my original partial payment.

You will have to wait to receive confirmation from the IRS that your installment agreement was accepted. That won't happen until your return is processed.
