Ohio state manual review

I talked to someone about my Ohio state taxes being under review. He said that a lot of those are showing to taxpayers once their state is accepted because it hasn’t been processed yet!

A state can place a return under manual review status for a variety of reasons, but typically it is just to confirm the identity of the filer, as several users have noted.
