Notice of Filing extension was approved but no reference #granted

I signed into TurboTax online to submit the extension. I received the attached approval notice by email, but there is no reference number. Is it legitimate to save a copy for my records? How can I confirm that the approval was granted?

No, you won't get a confirmation from the IRS, so definitely save the email!

I don't see my 2024 balance in my IRS account. I requested a 6 month extension which was auto-approved but still shows as pending. Is it possible to change to a 12 month?
