not importing Schwab data

TT opens the Schwab site and I can log in and link accounts. Click to import. It says it received the information and to got back to TT and click done. There is no Done in TT, only the Skip Import or Continue which starts the whole process over again. Schwab says the data is ready for import. What is going on and how do I get the data imported. I have way to many buys and sells to enter individually.
