NO downloads link in my account

Hello Turbo Tax Customer service, 

I purchased 2022 Turbo tax on your website (name and email all correct), and below is the order info. (I still have the order number and license code for this product I purchased)

In my downloads/billings, I have 2020/2018/1017 all downloads tiles but missing my 2022's 

can someone help to provide the downloads?
