NJ W-2 Box 17 has two entries

After entering my W-2 information, TT flagged an error in Box 17 noting there cannot be more than one entry in Box 17. My employer included NJ State Income Tax and a small dollar amount for FLI. I followed the recommended remediation to enter the second entry into Box 14 Other. After running error check again, TT now tells me I cannot have two entries in box 14. the Original amount in Box 14 is for UI/WF/SWF taxes. Not sure how to resolve?

NJ W-2 Box 17 has two entries

You can have two entries in box 14 if they have different categories. Make sure you select "New Jersey UI/WF/SWF tax" as the category for one of the entries and "New Jersey FLI tax" for the other entry.
