New York 529 Plan Documentation

I made contributions to a New York 529 plan. New York has a subtraction for this. What documents do I need to substantiate the contributions?

New York 529 Plan Documentation

If your NY return is ever selected for audit, you will want to have proof that you made the contributions. Your bank records showing the contributions and the 529 account records showing where the contributions landed will work as substantiation.
