I get the "needs review " note on business income, even after I review and go through the review process, and it says there are no problems, but needs review is still there. Done this several times. I've Used TurboTax for years, never had this problem. Please, does anyone have a solution?

It is possible some forms for your return are not available yet. The Review section will tell you what forms are missing. You can use this tool to make sure all of your forms are available by clicking this link Federal Forms.
If you are using TurboTax Desktop, you can go to the gray bar on top of your screen and click on "Review" and it will walk you through any forms with errors on them step by step. If you are using TurboTax Online you can scroll down to "Review" in the left panel to start this process.
