I have 3 items that supposedly need review. The first literally is just blank where there's normally a title and just has the "Takes just a moment" part. When I click on it, it's for the 1099-K, but doesn't show me what needs review anywhere throughout it. I just run through it, everything is correct and then it brings me back without showing me what needed corrected.
Next, the ESPP says it needs review and it shows me that I need to enter info for the total shares sold, but it's literally showing the grand total and I had to enter them all separately. There's literally 140 individual sales, so I don't want to enter this all over again. It's asking for the First day of your offering period (not sure what to put since it's every two weeks and some of these stocks I sold date back to 2015 when I first started with the company). It also asks for things like the date purchased, market price, price per share, etc. but again, these are all individual sales from each purchase, so I have no idea what to enter for this.
Also, before anyone says it, no, I don't have a Form 3922 and my work does not provide them because it has something to do with the way it's deducted from our paychecks and reported on our W-2's, but I've checked with multiple folks in HR and they are all very confident in this and I also my coworkers and all of them have also stated they have never gotten a Form 3922. We get what is called a "Stock Plan Transactions Supplement" and I used that to manually enter each of the sales.
