Need to remove SELF PREPARED from both Fed and Oregon state tax forms I'm executor for parent, I'm required to file tax return. SELF PREPARED really does not apply.

This is fine -- you're "self-preparing" the return as your parent's executor.  The label won't raise any red flags with the IRS.
