Delete the "Recovery Rebate Worksheet"

Online
Select Tax Tools then Tools on the left side-bar
Select "Delete a form" from the TOOLS SCREEN
Scroll down, find and delete "Recovery Rebate Worksheet" or "Rcov Rebate Wks"

Can someone help me? I received an irs notice that my file payment rejected but it is still taken out of my account any help on if I still need to pay this?
