Need to edit 1099 Misc and 1096 that I have NOT filed from 2017 and it wont let me

I still have not filed them so I should be able to edit but it does not give me option tabs like Edit/Delete next to name of 1099 Misc.

Sorry ... but the 2017 is look only ... you cannot edit or file them thru the TT system.
