Need help on 529 distribution

Hi, I received 529 distribution in 2018, but all expenses were for my daughter's college tuition and room and board.  I did go ahead and make the earning not taxable for me on tax return.  But recently I received an IRS notice saying I should attach a worksheet with my return if all the distributions from 529 were for college expenses.  My question is that what worksheet should I attach?  and why turbotax didnt include that worksheet while I'm efiling my return?  Can someone help me?  Thank you!

Generally, you do not report anything on your return if all 529 withdrawals were used for qualified education expenses. If you paid the school after receiving the withdrawal mail the IRS a copy of the checks along with a copy of the notice you received. Like you, I am not aware of a specific worksheet that is used for documentation.
