Navy Federal Credit Union is listed in TurboTax as an institution from which data may be imported. NFCU states they are NOT set up to have data imported into TurboTax.

Why does TurboTax list NFCU as an institution for which data import is possible (entering my user name and password in the space provided for by TurboTax brings up only an error message (= Error 5209 Error Code : 907 - Form not available for user. Script is not able to locate the PDF form link).  But the user name and password seems to "take" even though it results in en error message.

NFCU states they are not now, nor do they intend to be, set up to allow data import into TurboTax.

I'm gonna say that the credit union probably knows better than TurboTax.  Sorry for the inconvenience.

Amazingly, this is still a problem this year. However, when I entered my password incorrectly, it gave me a different error! So obviously they're able to connect.
