Natural Gas Royalty Payments and Lease Bonus

Hi -

We receive royalty payments for a mineral rights interest in another state (WV). Additionally this year we received a one time lease bonus payment. We anticipate including both the royalty payments and the lease bonus on our federal return (Schedule E via 1099-MISC). We are wondering if we need to file a non-resident return in WV since the mineral rights are located in that state, or is claiming as income on the Federal Return sufficient (we reside in FL so no state income tax here).
