Native American Payments

I have a client who receives Native American Payments.  All the information so far indicates to show these on Line 21 on form 1040.  They are all OLD and current line 21 does not apply. How do I deduct these payment, if allowed on 2022 tax return?

For 2022 the payment is reported on Schedule 1 line 8z. The description should be "Indian Tribal Distrib."
