No, she doesn't need to file as a self-employed person, unless she wants to treat this as a business and deduct expenses. Please note, that if the amount were more than $600, just reporting it as other income is not an option.
If you just enter the income as other taxable income and don't take expenses, you will be able to do that in Premier. If you do want to deduct expenses, you will need to upgrade. The upgrade process won't lose any of your data.
The form will be added to your income without the complication of doing a self-employment schedule.
