She did not had marketplace insurance since 08/2022 but they sent us 1095-A?

If your wife did not have Marketplace insurance in 2023, but received a 1095-A, you should contact Healthcare.gov to find out why.

If your Form 1095-A has no amounts in any of the fields, you could try filing without including it, but save it for your records in the event the IRS contacts you.

I reach out to IRS and they said they sent my refund. However I still didn’t receive that money. They told me that TurboTax is probably withholding my money.
