My wife and I split the income and expenses 50/50 for our business. On a 1099-MISC, they used her SSN. Do I enter half for each of us or must it all go to her?

The wife and I own a business 50/50. We split the income and expenses on two Sched C's. One 1099-MISC we received has the business name and her name and uses her SSN. Another 1099-MISC has only her name and uses her SSN. Can we split both of these 50/50 or do they have to go on only her Sched C? We do not have an EIN.

You can split the amount on the 1099 with her social security number.  Report the 1099-MISC on each Schedule C using half the amount on the 1099.
