You are confusing this by using TIN when you mean EIN.  They are not interchangable.

Form 4506 is only for requesting a copy of a tax return. It cannot be used to request a Wage and Income Transcript, which is what Viking99 is looking for.

Form 4506-T might work. At least it allows you to enter an EIN, and you can select a "Form W-2, Form 1099 series, Form 1098 series, or Form 5498 series transcript" by checking the box on line 8. But I don't know if this will actually result in getting a transcript of 1099-INT forms issued to the EIN. It might be worth a try, since there's no charge.
