My w-2 has a state income tax that looks like 138.26 but turbo tax is only account for 138, is that going to be a problem?

Turbo tax only accounts for 138 of my state income tax return when my W-2 say 138.26. Is that going to stop me from getting my return?

No many round to nearest dollar and some states require that you round.

You will be fine.
