My total due is 71.98 for products purchased but I purchased Deluxe on sale for 34.99(Fed/State). But now it's telling me to pay for state filing?

The ad said state filing was included in the 34.99 sale. It looks like I'm being charged double but I could be wrong. When I go to pay, it doesn't show the amount I am going to be charged. It shows a total of 71.98 on the previous page though...I'm really confused. I don't just want to make a blind payment.

Unfortunantly , we cannot do anything about the STATE fee, that particular state is charging the fee, it does not come free with the purchase of the DELUXE TURBOTAX VERSION, it says on the page where you purchased your DELUXE, state is additional.
