My taxes were done under a test account can they be switched to a regular turbo tax account

I'm not aware of any Online TurboTax "Test Accounts".

All online accounts can be files.

• Do you have your own ID and Password.
• Be sure to keep them. they will work again next year.
• If your sure all of your information is correct and complete
  • Run the REVEW Icon on your main menu
• When that is correct and complete you can go through the filling process.
• On the main menu select File.
• Follow the interview.
