My taxes are ready to mail. But I need to start over. How can I do this?

I am not e-filing.  The only option is to send by mail.  And I have not mailed the return yet.  And now I find I need to update something.  How do I do this using Turbo Tax.  I do not have the option to start over. (which I had before I finished the taxes)

Click Add a State.   It does not add a state but gets you back into your return.
