My tax "review" shows that I need to enter in Federal Service From Date. I'm an Oregonian, if that matters. Where do I enter that and what is it referring to?

This statement usually applies to Oregon residents that have a Federal pension. Oregon taxes federal government pension income for time that you served in the federal government after October 1, 1991. Hence, TurboTax has to ask you about your federal service before and after that date.
