My tax return submission was rejected because my AGI or Self-select PIN from last year does not match IRS records. I doubled check and found I entered the correct number.

Please advise me, what should I do? I don't want to file by mail.

Define  endless loop: see loop endless

Define  loop endless: see endless loop

if the PIN does not match last years and you filed a paper return see: endless loop

Apparently, there is no answer.

Last year Turbootax e file failed so I printed the return and signed it and mailed it.

This year the return is rejected repeatedly because, either the AGI or PIN is incorrect and it is not the AGI.

I have not yet seen an answer except file by mail whereupon next year will be the same problem.

Pardon my previous rant. after getting my tax transcript online I discovered the IRS does not have my return for last year, However, they cashed the check I sent with the return on time. Hard to imagine that but they apparently lost the return but, cashed the check I sent with it. Go figure... so as a consequence I have no AGI on file for last year. Sorry, Intuit It's not your fault.
