Yes. The AGI from the previous year is only a requirement for e-filed returns. She can still print her return and file it by mail. The following instructions explain how to print and file by mail. https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/3401713

My 2023 joint filing with my husband keeps being rejected due to an incorrect AGI. I verified both our 2022 IRS transcripts and the AGI is indeed correct. Why rejected?
