My state tax return says "incomplete," but I did it along with my federal. Why isn't it complete?

E-filing a state is only allowed once a federal return is accepted/rejected. State returns will show incomplete until federal has been accepted.

Additionally some state forms are not yet available. You can check the availability of your state using the link below.
