My state return was rejected, but with no status message or error code. I reviewed the return, it seemed to not make changes or have an error. Where do I go next?

I did resubmit and with the same result. rejected, with no error and this time, a rejection text, but no message within turbotax product itself. Would signing up for a tax expert help? (I suspect a processing error, not a content error)
