My Solo ROTH 401 has mix contributions pre-Post Tax, what do I do?

I have a Solo Roth 401K with my after tax contributions that was deposited on a traditional 401K and then immediately rolled over to the Roth account, however I also have done the same with my company profit sharing which I understand now that it’s a pre-tax fund and should have been in a pre-tax account by itself.

How do I separate this pre-tax funds from my after tax funds so I don’t have to pay tax again in my after tax money. I have all the records.
