My return was rejected because my AGI did not match IRS records. I requested and received my 2019 tax transcript and made the correction. Why was return rejected again?

Return was rejected for the same reason. It seems my changes are not being recorded in the turbo tax software.

Try using 0 (zero) instead.  Also see:

Try deleting your cookies, clearing your cache and rebooting. If that doesn't work, use a different web browser. See the following:

I submitted my return several times. I even used the IRS AGI and my return was still rejected. On hold now with USPS to see how late they are open.

Did you try entering "0" as @SweetieJean suggested above? That has worked for many taxpayers that had the same problem you are having.

You can request an extension - see Can IRS extensions be e-filed? for help.

(Hint on USPS - if you live near a large city (e.g. Atlanta), the post office closest to the airport is often open to midnight).
