My Parents have income only from 1099’s; can they use the basic version of Turbo Tax?

Have not yet bought software yet. That’s the issue; I need to determine which version I need the buy.

Yes, they can use TurboTax Basic so long as their 1099's are either a 1099-DIV or 1099-INT. If they have any other type of Form 1099 then they will need TurboTax Deluxe to prepare their tax return.
