My parents filed me apparently, so my federal and state were rejected, how do I go back and change my dependency on the 1040, it doesn’t give me an option to change it?

My parents filed me apparently, so my federal and state were rejected, how do I go back and change my dependency on the 1040, it doesn’t give me an option to change it?

Go to the Personal Information section and EDIT yourself and go through the questions and answer that someone is claiming you as a dependent.
