My original (federal copy) W-2 was lost in the mail. Can I mail in the copy C (original) with my federal filing, or will the IRS reject it?

IRS will accept any copy of it, just make sure you keep a copy for your records.

If you e-file you won't need to send them in any copies of the W-2.
