my mother got a form 1095-A and 1095-B, do I have to file it

May I assume that your mother had Marketplace (ACA) insurance for a while, then had some government insurance like Medicare or Medicaid?

You can put the 1095-B in her tax file - you don't enter this into TurboTax.

But the 1095-A must be entered in her return, or her return will be rejected when e-filed.
